Daren Weisbrod, LPC-Intern

Daren Weisbrod has served in pastoral ministry, coaching, spiritual direction, and missionary work extensively over the past 30 years. Now pursuing a Masters in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Divine Mercy University, he will begin his internship in August 2026. He is undergoing trauma-informed training and will be working with all ages, including young children needing Play Therapy. He will be seeing individuals, couples, families, and groups.

Availability

Daren will begin to see counseling clients on August 28, 2026. He will be seeing students and staff of St. John's School in Fenton, in person on campus. All other clients can be seen virtually on Monday, Wednesday, or Friday mornings 10am-1pm.

Credentials

  • Fluent in English, Spanish and Italian

  • Master’s degree in Educational Leadership, University of Notre Dame

  • Bachelor's in Philosophy and Theology from Rome, Italy. 

  • Enrolled in Masters degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling, Divine Mercy University

  • Trauma trainings from the Green Cross Academy of Traumatology

Payments 

Private pay rate will be arranged with each client individually.
