Bethany is a specialized perinatal mental health therapist whose empathetic and encouraging approach has helped many women and families through a variety of experiences in the perinatal period.
Her practice experience includes, but is not limited to, providing emotional support during pregnancy; supporting preparation for birth; processing miscarriage, traumatic birth, and other experiences of loss and grief; general adjustment to parenthood; integration of faith in parenthood and family life; building healthy parent-child-family attachment; and managing perinatal mood and anxiety disorders (PMADs) and related presentations including: depression, anxiety, health anxiety, OCD, ADHD, overwhelm, exhaustion, appetite and sleep disturbances, anger/rage, guilt, and relationship concerns.
